Patient information films – blood diseases
The Cancer Vanguard has produced a series of videos to help patients, their families and carers learn more about some of the most common tests and procedures used to diagnose and treat blood diseases.
Patients who have previously undergone these tests helped to design the videos. Each video clearly explains what the procedure involves and addresses common issues and concerns, including why the procedure was recommended; what preparation needs to be done for the test; what can be expected during the procedure; and what needs to be done after the test.

Each video is available in English, and also with subtitles in Arabic, Bengali, Chinese, Farsi, Polish, Portuguese, Somali, Spanish and Turkish.
