Targeted Lung Health Check resources

Below are resources we have produced that healthcare professionals and community organisations can use to raise awareness of the Targeted Lung Health Checks programme.

These include a patient information leaflet, a flyer available in 20 languages, borough-specific assets for use on social media such as Facebook, NextDoor and Twitter, and a slide for use on digital screens.
