New pan-London research fellowships launched
24 Jan 2019
A new programme of 12-month London-based research fellowships is being launched by the three Cancer Alliances across London for 2019/20. This is an exciting opportunity to deliver patient-based and clinically relevant research that will help to address priorities in the NHS Long Term Plan.
Initially, potential supervisors are asked to submit project titles and a short brief describing the project, which should take advantage of the large scale sampling of population including the broad socio-economic, cultural, ethnic and genetic variations that London covers.
The collaboration will fund up to six research fellows thanks to continued support from the The Royal Marsden/The Institute of Cancer Research BRC and the Imperial BRC.
Please see guidance below for more details, as well as a project proposal template that should be returned by 22 February 2019.
