Booking open for community nursing workshops on end of life care

Dates have been finalised for the RM Partners workshops for community and district nurses to discuss when, where and how they can and do contribute to the provision of 24/7 end of life care in the community.

The aim of the workshops is to enable community nurses to share with us:

what good end of life care looks like to them
what helps and what hinders
view of local services
what might help to ensure that more people experience that good level of care when and wherever they need it.
