The RM Partners Patient Experience Group, consisting of lead cancer nurses from each of our partner acute Trusts, has been established to identify and share best practice in patient experience across our geography as well as implement targeted interventions to introduce patient experience innovations and standardised practice.

The Group will focus on three initiatives:

  • Identify unwarranted variation in patients’ experiences of cancer services and establish interventions to reduce it
  • Identify and implement specific nursing workforce initiatives that show the highest impact on patient experience
  • Provide patient experience expertise and share information and best practice.
